Complete installation of central heating system with a combi boiler mounted in loft space. All new pipe work and radiators etc. Removal of old warm, air system including ducting , hot water tank, boiler etc.

Superb job, changed the radiators and added some new ones to ensure our Victorian house has adequate heating. Flushed the system and left it all very neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend. In the past Andy has put a new boiler in, created en-suite bathrooms and fitted a kitchen, all excellent.

Andy fitted a complete new hot water and heating system, moving the ageing gas and water supply from the under the concrete floor slab, and rerouting everything into the loft. He also fitted our bathroom and kitchen, both to an exceptional standard (the quartz worktop fitters commented on the quality and precision of the work..) Our electrician also commented on the quality of Andy’s work, and the amazing copper work. It is something that Andy obviously takes great pride in, not a single piece of plastic pipe to be founded anywhere..!

Got to say we are extremely pleased with the whole experience from Andy coming round on numerous occasions until we finally made our minds up on what we wanted. he came up with some great ideas we hadn’t thought of and kept us informed and involved every step of the way. He left our home tidy every day and we now have a Bathroom that makes us think we are staying at The Savoy! We are so, so pleased. It’s just as we imagined it would be. Would have no hesitation in recommending Andy to anyone and would definitely use him for any future projects.

We live in a pair of very old cottages (early 1800s) which became one house in the 1970s. Not only are the cottages old they are built on a slope, so nothing is square, and materials used to build the cottages span a couple of centuries. We were struggling to get good advice to help us transfer from oil to electric heating and came across Andy Daughtry through an internet search. When we first met him (in early 2020) we were instantly struck by his knowledge and honesty. Andy offered us great advice, so we started to plan to completely renovate our kitchen and bathroom. Whilst trying to find suitable tradesmen to complete these tasks we noticed Andy’s Facebook pages which gave us pictures and reviews for some of the bathrooms Andy has designed and built, so we engaged him with a specific brief to go electric and renovate (redesign and build) our aged bathroom, bringing it in to the 21st century. Andy was painstaking in his approach and through using computer graphics we were able to choose a style and move forward. Due to COVID19 the project was delayed by several months, but once Andy could get the necessary materials he worked tirelessly and long hours to complete a spectacular bathroom which has exceeded our expectations in terms of fittings, finish, style, functionality and cost. Andy was a delight to have in our house for nearly 6 weeks and went the ‘extra mile’ many times by helping us out on other DIY tasks and offering advice which he has gained from 3 generations of plumbing experience. What was really impressive, however, was his approach to problem solving and his ‘can do attitude’ to all things planning, sourcing materials, electric, plumbing, plastering, painting, joining, and tiling. Lastly, Andy took pains to keep a dust cover on our carpets and meticulously cleaned up after himself every evening. We are delighted with the finished product and will certainly use Andy Daughtry for future renovation tasks, large and small.

We asked Andrew to source a new gas fire as our old one had given up. He provided pictures and details of various options in emails. We choose the fire which match our requirements. Andrew then took care of ordering the fire and then contacted us when it was available for fitting. He arrived around 9.30am and the job was completed at approx 12.30pm. He removed the old fire and took away all the packaging/old fire/debris etc. He then explained how the remote worked. Andrew had fitted our boiler last year so we were happy to go out for a couple of hours this morning to allow him to get on with the job and also to comply with the social distancing etc rules currently in place. It all went very well.

Andrew provided a very detailed quote. He was very honest when I was telling him what I thought I wanted and he told me that a couple of things weren't necessary to save me money. He turned up on time, and did an amazing job. Very clean and tidy, he left no mess and the system works perfectly. Very reasonably priced and a lovely bloke to have working in my house. I would recommend Andrew to anyone. You will not regret using his services.
