Very impressed With this company. They are Very professional, knowleable and reliable. They cleaned up after themselves and disposed of all the rubbish. This is the first time I haven't had to tidy/clean my house after having workmen in. I would highly recommend them

I was in urgent need of new central heating to be fitted in a maisonette that i had purchased, ready for letting ASAP i got in touch with Vic to quote me. He was able to fit me in after 2 weeks. The job went really smooth and Vic and Sam worked really hard as the weather was warmer than most summers.They are a great duo, i left them to there own devices and the place was empty so it was better for them . I would recommend Vic and Sam as they are clean and tidy workers,Vic comes with lots of recommendations from a lot of people i know.
Vic came to give us a quote & installed a new boiler when he said he would. It always amazes me that so many firms don't keep their time promises or even ring the customer if there is to be a delay. The quote was £500 cheaper than another quote we received. Installation was carried out in a professional manner, dust sheets were laid in the hall & stairs to minimise dirt/dust which they vacuumed up after installation. Although the new boiler has only just been fitted on the evidence to date we are very impressed with Vic & Afterglow & would certainly recommend them to our family & friends.
Can not recommend Afterglow enough. Knowledgeable, professional and really concientious. Did a wonderful job, explained what was being done throughout the process. Cleaned up after themselves, they were a pleasure to have in our house. As I said cannot recommend highly enough.

We get a lot of work come in which it usually outside of our working area in Birmingham, so rather than let the customer down we pass them over to Afterglow Plumbing and Heating. All I hear is good feedback, It's always been difficult for us to recommend other trades because if they let the customer down then it reflects badly on us.
