Nigel did a fantastic job. Very professional and friendly, would definitely reccomend hi professionalism and workmanship.
We are a busy household and Nigel worked round us with no complaints.
Nigel was very reliable and did a fantastic job. The job was more complex than originally expected but everything was quickly overcome with. I additional expense. Everything was completed according to schedule and the work is extremely neat. An excellent trader. Thank you very much.
Nigel has carried out similar work for us before. As always, the job was completed on time and to a good quality and compared well with other contractors who had let us down.
Nigel has completed 3 or 4 projects for us now, and the standard of work is always beyond compare. He is good value for money we feel, but most importantly, for us, he does what he says he will do, on time.

I have always had an interest in building things since childhood, when I used to get more fun from building with the boxes my toys came in than the toys themselves, I was never happier than being left alone with a piece of wood, a hammer, and some nails, so it was inevitable I would choose Carpentry & Joinery as my Trade. I take great pride in my work and treat every project as if it was for my own home.

There are lots of different makes of Panel Saw's available on the market today, My choice is the Bahco Superior Hard Point Saw 22". It certainly isn't the cheapest Saw available, but I find it lasts much longer than most other saws and its great for cutting a variety of Timbers including Hard Woods. But if you are a traditionalist and still prefer to use a Henry Disston Saw ( yes I still have one), make sure you keep it clean and sharp, and make sure the teeth are set correctly. If it tends to stick when you are trying to Rip a piece of Timber down, try rubbing a Candle along the Blade, the Wax will help it glide through much easier. You can also use this method to help a Screw penetrate timber easier especially in Hard Wood, just smear some around the tip and thread, you will be surprised what a difference it makes, and if you don't have a candle a bar of Soap works just as well. Don't use oils or Grease as this tends to leave horrible stains.
