I asked Paragas to call as my boiler was over pressurised and was causing a leak...
I asked Paragas to call as my boiler was over pressurised and was causing a leak. I rang them and the person I spoke to was so helpful. This person then came to the caravan and checked the pressure of the boiler, tested the system and checked the safety of the boiler. All now sorted and working great. Will use this firm again next year to give the boiler the yearly check that has to be carried out. Wonderful job and good value for money.

Initially I believed the fault to be a thermocouple repair. I was quoted £135. After viewing the boiler, the gas engineer diagnosed the fault in a few minutes, and it was just a blockage. My bill was also reduced. Very efficient, friendly service. Would recommend and will use again. (Very happy to have hot water again!) Thanks! :^)

We had an ongoing problem with the existing boiler which was slowly getting worse and Paragas was recommended to us by several people. On the initial visit they offered to try and fix the boiler but there were clearly some problems so we decided that flushing out the system and replacing the boiler would give us the reliability that we need. The quote was with us and accepted within hours and the work was scheduled to take place the following week. The new boiler was installed and the gunk cleared from the pipework without any drama. John explained how to operate the new system, handed over all the paperwork and left us with a warm house and hot water. Absolute bliss! Highly recommended

What are the benefits of installing an unvented cylinder?
Better options for location of cylinder. For example loft or basement and can be mounted horizontally if using correct model. More safety features on these cylinders. Generally better insulation therefore less heat loss. Increased mains water pressure on hot water. Larger capacity cylinders.

I first had the privilege of meeting John at the tender stage for a large project in Folkestone. After spending two days meeting heating engineers,and watching them asses the project at hand, I knew within 10 minutes Paragas was going to be the contractor capable of undertaking the complexity of this project. Ever since Paragas had completed that project, I have used John to install the plumbing on all other projects we undertake. I've used many engineers over the years, and the cheap ones are cheap for a reason... John is extremely trustworthy and fair on price, 100% the right choice.
