WestonsPlumbing and Heating came to service our Combi Boiler. Joe was punctual, reliable, friendly and very professional, even cleaned up after leaving the area spotless. Even my cat came to say hello and he was perfectly fine with it. We was very pleased with his service, and would highly recommend Westons Plumbing & Heating. Will definitely be calling on Joe for our next boiler service!
When Joseph came to give a quote he gave precise information about exactly what was needed. He arrived promptly on the day and worked solidly until the job was done. He was friendly, professional, reasonably priced and cleaned up after the work was finished. Highly recommended.
We found Joe to be a very approachable and helpful young man - very good at his job, and very patient in answering and explaining any questions we may have had.
We needed our family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom modernised. Joe and team stripped everything back, fitted new ceiling (with spots), helped with a wonky wall, plastered, tiled (floor and walls), fitted new bathroom and decorated. They spent five weeks in our home and were all very friendly, careful to get things right and tidy. The work has been completed to a very high standard and both bathrooms now look fantastic. I would certainly recommend this team.
Joseph is quick and very efficient. His workmanship is excellent.

My company was established in November 2012. I completed a full apprenticeship in NVQ level 2 & 3 and also completed my gas course to gain my gas safe certification.
I enjoy new installation projects where I can make a home more eco friendly, cost efficient for the customer and also bringing homes up to the new regs.
As a company we don't just do boilers and heating systems we do bathroom installation and kitchens also.
We pride ourselves and the workmen we use on doing very high quality and standards of work from the tiny jobs to the big ones. Quality is a must.
Customer care is also a big thing for us making sure the customer understands and knows exactly what they will be getting and how it is planned to be installed.
Recently the company has gained a few extra tradesmen we can call on to get other works completed for the customer, we have a fully qualified electrician we use with all electrical works, a carpenter, a tiler, painters and now a carpet fitter.
We love big projects as we always enjoy seeing happy customers once works are complete and they are happy.
We like to be punctual to any job we attend.
A full survey of every job is completed so we can make a good plan of action and see what would be best for the customer.
We always run through a step by step plan of how works will be carried out so the customer is aware of what and why we are doing things.
Safety is key on all jobs so this is why a plan helps as you can get the customer and tradesmen all on the same page.
All jobs are carried out to a very high standard of workmanship .
We only use skilled tradesmen who are professionals in their field.
On every job we give the best and honest advise on what a customer wants and needs. It's always better to have a happy customer who feels well looked after and treated right.
I enjoy plumbing and heating because there's always something new to come across whether that is how to solve a problem or how a new design of tap works.
when I first left school I worked for a company and was given the opportunity to work with many tradesmen brick layers, carpenters, roofers, plumbers and gas engineers.
I could put my hand to most of the trades and pick up skills but when I put a piece of copper in my hands it felt right and I seemed to pick up the skills quicker than the other trades. It sounds cliché but it just clicked and felt very natural, I was very lucky as I was thrown in at the deep end where I was working with very highly skilled tradesmen who expected very high results and workmanship. This has stayed with me through my whole career. Moving on from that company, I then worked for a plumbing and heating company where I completed a full apprenticeship gaining skills and knowledge both on site and in college earning my NVQ Level 2 & 3 and also my gas safe.
At this point I worked as a qualified engineer for this and another company for a few years until I felt I was ready to start my own company and start trading for myself.
Now I have had the opportunity to train a few apprentices and get them to where they are working on there own.
Here at Westons Plumbing & Heating Ltd we treat every job the same in the sense of high quality work and I like to build a good customer relationships.
I have been installing boilers and heating systems for over 14 years and have worked with many tradesmen in this area of work learning their best qualities. I then adapted all of there qualities and styles to create my own way of installing.
I also look at jobs from many perspectives as there is always a different way to complete a job, finding the best way is what I pride myself on.
